Our mission is to educate convention, meeting, and event professionals in North Texas to ensure that members stay abreast of the ever-changing best practices and trends in this volatile industry. We meet quarterly in locations across the Metroplex allowing maximum access and opportunity for our members to gain education and exposure to an extensive network of resources in North Texas.

We have two major objectives:

• Advance and nurture the effectiveness, productivity and quality of events through education, the development and maintenance of high ethical standards, improvement of professional management techniques and an equitable balance of client, employer, and supplier needs.
• Form a cooperative liaison with organizations that share a common interest with this Association in advancing the event, meetings, convention and hospitality industry and the profession of Event and Convention Services Management.
